Why are the cell-lines in https://github.com/broadinstitute/depmap_omics/blob/master/data/blacklist.txt, blacklisted? Just curious, thank you!
Hi! This file was saved from a one-off task we did some time ago, and does not affect the pipeline's processing in any way. Please feel free to ignore it. Thanks!
