report the provenance of the compared files

Because the QC files compare two Derby files, and commonly the file is shared with just one of the two Derby files (newest, commonly), we do not know what it was compared against. This should be part of the QC output.
Output now looks like:
INFO: old database is Ensembl 91 (build: 20180509)
INFO: new database is Ensembl 1 (build: 20211206)
