SVDCompressComparer
Uses SVD to compress image and then compares it to another compressed image using the trace value. Still need to study more to see if trace value is affected by image size, color, pixel density, etc.

This code was made to help the Jayhawk Athletic Performance lab to streamline research times. CSVs generated can be cleaned and exported as Excel files to speed up processes.
