Open project for the decentralization of real estate listings using the following methodology:
- Locate websites of real estate agencies by country that may contain property listings.
- Download the data from the real estate listings and standardize it using artificial intelligence.
- Distribute the dataset for free in ORELS format.
- Keep the dataset updated daily.

Download the project and open it in Visual Studio. In the file /landerist_library/Configuration/Config.cs, set the value of the PrivateConfig variables. Open Database.sql file, update local paths, and run in Sql Server to initalize the Database.
Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.
