  • A simple tracking app for diabetic patients connecting them with their doctors.
  • Readings entered by patients are archived week by week.
  • A chart is created based on readings of each week.
  • Patients can share their medical analysis with their doctors as PDF files.
  • Patients and doctors can sign up via phone number.

How To Use
