Stardoc - Starlark Documentation Generator
Stardoc is a documentation generator for Bazel build rules written in Starlark.
Stardoc provides a Starlark rule (stardoc) that can be used to build documentation
for Starlark rules in Markdown. Stardoc generates one documentation page per .bzl file.
