About This Project

This project was developed for the non-profit Recode (https://www.recodenow.org/). It is a web application to record and store various "water reuse rules," providing a central place to record how and where water can be re-used. Each reuse rule also links to the pertinent city, county or state codes.

This application was developed by the Winter-Spring 2020 Capstone team at Portland State University, consisting of:

How to Run the Project Locally

To run the project locally, please see the Laravel installation instructions to first install Laravel on your machine. Laravel requires composer to initialize the PHP webserver.

After installing Composer and Laravel, and cloning the project, it can be served locally by running the command php artisan serve in the project directory.
