Add option for user to purge uploaded data on server

Currently, uploaded ezBIDS data is stored on a secure server for 5 days before being purged. If however users have finalized their data and then downloaded/uploaded it, the assumption should be that they have a BIDS-compliant dataset and don't need the uploaded raw data in the server any longer. We should add a button to let users purge the server data before the 5 day limit. To give them more peace of mind.
Not really a priority, will reopen if users want this feature.
