This is a python library for using the Encyclopedia of Life (eol.org) API to access data in the encyclopedia.
REQUIREMENTS:
pyxml
USAGE:
All the library does at the moment is retrieve the xml from the Encycopedia of Life and parse it. Each method returns a minidom XML object.
>>> from eol import eol
>>> eol = eol()
>>> eol.exemplars()
>>> eol.search('schefflera')
>>> eol.page(1150506)
>>> eol.images(1150506, 1)
