Install DirectX Software Development Kit.

Setup Include Directory and Library
- Add your SDK path to "Include Directory"
Project -> Properties -> VC++ Directories -> Include Directories - Add your SDK path to "Include Library"
Project -> Properties -> VC++ Directories -> Library Directories
- You can build now !!
