Results table pops up before any results are ready

ResultsInserter shows the ResultsTable when it's instantiated. This causes the table to pop up even if there are no results.
For example,
- Open an image which isn't skeletonized, e.g. binary_trabeculae_small.tif
- Run TriplePointAngles
