FLAGS
  --no-build      bypass build command
  --no-install    bypass install command
  --show-build    show build command output
  --show-install  show install command output

Run localhost environment

USAGE
  $ bohr dev [--no-install] [--no-dev] [--show-install] [--show-dev]
