Vagrant files to reproduce wal-e seg fault

When running newer builds of python that patch CVE-2013-1752, CVE-2013-1753, CVE-2014-4616, CVE-2014-4650, and CVE-2014-7185, I get the following

Segmentation fault

CentOS 7 CESA-2015:2101

1. Run vagrant up from the centos7 directory
2. Set your aws access keys as environment variables
3. Run wal-e --s3-prefix=<s3_prefix> backup-list

The vagrant provisioner runs the following steps:

sudo yum upgrade --enablerepo=cr python -y
sudo yum install --enablerepo=cr python-devel -y
sudo rpm -iUvh http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-5.noarch.rpm
sudo yum install python-pip -y
sudo pip install wal-e
