WordPress Blank Theme

A simple template for building modern WordPress themes.

Setup

1. Rename the folder to a lowercase version of your theme name without any spaces
2. Search all theme files for WordPress Starter Theme and replace with your theme name
3. Search all theme files for WordPress_Starter_Theme and replace with your theme name with underscores
4. Search all theme files for wordpressstartertheme and replace with same name as the theme folder
5. Replace the screenshot.png file for a screenshot of your theme
6. Update the theme information in the style.css file
7. Modify theme files to achieve desired HTML, CSS, and JavaScript markup
8. Add WYSIWYG styles to the editor-style.css file (optional)
9. Modify or remove the README.md file
