Coding problem of sky.cpp

As a novice programmer, I tried to build a bgfx project on MSVC(vs2019) according to the documentation, but an error occurred during the generation. My friend told me that opening this file in vsc and changing it to 'utf8 with bom' would solve the problem. Will this small problem be fixed in the future?
The error message reads, 'The following warning is considered an error.' in the first row
