owl-twitch-chat is a NodeCG bundle.
It works with NodeCG versions which satisfy this semver range: ~1.1.0
You will need to have an appropriate version of NodeCG installed to use it.
It needs the owl-twitch-bot bundle to be installed to fetch chat messages.
