UBNT-M-TOOLKIT is a software that will allow you to activate the Compliance Test mode in your UBNT/UI devices of the M Line.

Download the latest version available from releases.
Run and install the setup_UAM-<VERSION>.exe.
Follow the steps to finish the installation.If you donit have a license you can get it from the store.
