Installation instructions for lefse in a galaxy environment.
lefse is installed in Galaxy using the Admin tool of Galaxy.
In the
Admin tool
select
Search and browse tool sheds
select the tool shed and enter
lefse
select
preview and install
NOTE: You have to be an administrator in your Galaxy instance to install.
