This is the public code repository of the BEXIS 2 data management software. It contains only modules, components, and packages of the core system. Contributed modules and components will be available in separate repositories. For more information on BEXIS 2, please visit our website.
Module_ResearchAreaManagement
A tool to manage research areas. You can define the shape of your main plots and draw subplots inside. You can plan the localization of field experiments. You can use maps for orientation in the field. As you will keep the history of the subplots, you will always be able to distribute prospective subplots. Module for Core @BEXIS2.
Module_LUI
A tool to calculate the index of land-use intensity (LUI) according to Blüthgen et al. backupPostgreSQL
With the script, it is possible to do daily backups and to define which daily, weekly, backups should be kept in a folder. One monthly backup is also kept.
Module_ResourceManagement
Resource booking management module: This is a calendar based tool to manage any kind of resource. It is highly configurable to cover multiple scenarios. It helps to communicate the bookings and activities to all users (or colleagues and other stakeholders). Module for Core @BEXIS2.
