Building

1. gem install jekyll
2. git clone [e-mail]:presidential-innovation-fellows/open-opportunity-data.git
3. cd open-opportunity-data
4. jekyll serve

You should now be able to visit http://127.0.0.1:4000/ and view the website locally.
