Build a REST or GRAPHQL API server which allows users to CRUD notes

At the very minimum the server should allow

• Creation of notes
• List all notes
• List specific notes
• Update notes
• Delete notes

Bonus requirements

• Support for multiple users
• Only the users that created the notes should be able to manipulate them
• API documentation (swagger or equivalent)

Scored aspects in no particular order

• Code quality and style
• Performance
• Git good practices
• Completion of the task
• First run docs/ Readme
