EDA on the National Institute of Health chest x-ray dataset consists of 112,120 images of 30,805 patients. Cleaning and processing dataset by normalizing intensity, image augmentation, image resizing with Keras. Training and fine tuning of neural network, application model architecture used VVG16 and ResNet50. Tried to implement the CheXNet research paper.

I built the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for digits recognition trained on MNIST dataset with keras API (Tensorflow backend). The project is very helpful to understand how CNN works at different layers. The current best score of this network is 0.9788.
