The 'genes track' should be provided by GenRep

The "genes track" that is displayed by default in every assembly should be accessible by querying GenRep. Currently it is generated in GDV by manually inputing a gff file provided by GenRep in to a Java program.
Ideally, in the future, this track is automatically generated for every new assembly by using the functionality in bbcflib.track to create the matching sql file from the gff file. The result is stored in GenRep.
I thing this was done by Fabrice the other day, and I don't think he is going to come to Github to close this ticket, so I'm closing it for him.
