Small Survey link Management App
This is a small Survey Link Management App written in vanilla PHP and spaghetti code at its best. Don't judge me I was learning then. All it does is stores link created in Survey Monkey and redirects to those links for the role users to do the surveys.
Getting Started
Down load the code and play with it. You may need to setup your own database and endpoint for back end code on your localhost or something.
