SP2010ExportMetadata starts from a specified site collection in SharePoint 2010 and gets all the sub sites, document libraries and files then retrieves all fields/properties for each file into a set of CSV files. The starting site collection is specified in the app.config file. The other tool I have uploaded here, CSV-Metadata-Cleanup https://github.com/bassemfg/SP-Metadata-CSV-cleanup should then be used to clean up the resulting CSV files and produce a signle file that has all the metadata of all the files in the SharePoint document libraries under the specified site collection.
