Ovation importer for Pastalkova Lab data
Add the ovation-test-manager-1.4.jar to the Java classpath:
>> javaaddpath lib/ovation-test-manager-1.4.jar
Add the +ovation/+test package to the Matlab path:
>> addpath path/to/+ovation
Add the +xunit pacakge to the Matlab path
>> addpath lib/matlab-xunit-doctest/xunit
Add the src folder to the Matlab path
>> addpath src
Set the necessary environment variables:
OVATION_CONNECTION_FILE = path to test database connection file
OVATION_TEST_FDID = test database ID
OVATION_LOCK_SERVER = lock server host (i.e. $(hostname))
Run the Matlab tests:
>> runtests test
