Shiny application to visualize LUCAS 2022 selected points

This shiny app allows to interactively visualize the points selected in the 2022 round of Eurostat Land Use and Land Cover Survey (LUCAS).

Option 1: RStudio cloud

Access the RStudio cloud application:

Option 2: Installation on your computer

Requirements: R and RStudio installed.

From the github repository

https://github.com/barcaroli/LUCAS2022

click on the “Code” button and then on the “Download ZIP” button to download the whole repository in a new folder.

Access the folder and launch RStudio.

Execution

In both options, when in RStudio from the “Files” pane select one of the following:

• “sample2022_maps.R” for visualizing LUCAS sample by NUTS2, observation type, land cover and land use;

• “sample2022_maps_modules.R” for visualising LUCAS modules sub-samples selected points;

• “sample2022_checkpoints.R” for visualising detailed information on selected points,

and click on the “RunApp” button.
