AFTER DEPLOY SET WEBHOOK BY api.telegram.org/bot<ur bot token>/setwebhook?url=<ur heroku link>/bot.php
AFTER THIS REMOVE YOUR BOT TOKEN FROM THE REPO FOR YOUR SAFTEY
