Web service to facilitate the transfer of funding documents from the UGA Office of Research Grants application (grant.ovpr.uga.edu) to the document management system OnBase - web service has legacy code for transfer over FTP - also contains newer code to do transfer over SMB (Mounted drive between a unix and a windows machine) - deployed to a tomcat installation
