You can right click on any text and choose one of two options to mark it for translation.
Extension Usage
You can copy extension folder to following paths depending on the OS you are working on:
Windows: %USERPROFILE%.vscode\extensions
Mac: $HOME/.vscode/extensions
Linux: $HOME/.vscode/extensions
