Active 1 - Project is very active Active 2 - Project is semi-active Active 3 - Project is active, but this project type doesn't need frequent updates On Hold (since ----) - Project is on hold, paused. To be canceled - Project has low need, or requiement/demand. It's about to be cancelled Cancelled/Archive - Obvious
