A Command Line program to calculate price of the products in a shopping cart.
It takes 2 json file names as input - Cart file and Base price file.
Run pip install -r requirements.txt to install the required modules. Run python setup.py install which will install the command calculate_price inside your current environment.
Run it like this: calculate_price <full path to cart file> <full path to base price file>
To run the tests: Run this python setup.py test
