For CUDA get the CUDA Toolkit.

3rd party libs from vcpkg: Now fully automated via CMakePresets.json and vcpkg.json.

mkdir out && mkdir out/debug
cmake --preset linux-debug

and to build

cmake --build --preset linux-debug --target astro_cli
