This repository contains various scripts that I've found useful for bioinformatics.
tab2vcf.py - a python script (depends on python >=3 and pandas) to turn excel files of somatic mutations into vcf files. This is useful when you have callsets that have been, for instance, manually curated and collaborators prefer excel.
