Does the data in this repository contain all the sequence and DMS data?

The paper says there are 626,225 RNAs with DMS data. If I download this repository, will I have access to all that data? Or does the repo only contain a percentage of the original experiments? I don't mind figuring out how to get this running locally, I just want to see how much of the data I'll have access to.
Update: It looks like there's only 110 sequences and their DMS value in the database in a table call dmstrans, is this right? Or is there more data somewhere else?
