ES5 compilation

You can compile ES5 script version from ES6 source by following steps:

• Install Node.js if not yet.
• Install Gulp globally: npm install -g gulp
• Go to Dollchan repo and run npm install to update dependencies.
• Run gulp make to compile into ES5 version.
