HTML Entity Decoder
A simple HTML entity String decoder module for JUCE.

Usage:
Add the html_entity_encoder module to your project.
String inputString = "This string contained <HTML> entities!";
auto result = HTMLEntityDecoder::decode(inputString);
result would be "This string contained <HTML> entities!" after decoding.

There is a simple console app PIP test suite under tests/, use Projucer to create a project from the PIP, add the html_entity_decoder module, build and run.
If you see All tests passed! then everything is OK.
