Getting Started:
First, you need to install IPFS and run a Daemon. You can find the instructions here: https://ipfs.io
Then you can download the latest distribution of the application directly from IPFS here: http://gateway.ipfs.io/ipfs/Qmdji83rQr9eGE9iWGTAyJpRTFfphiYXQ6TaGg5vnZ5ZCs
This will download a zip file. You can unzip it and start the application by running bin/blockchain-legal
This will start the application.
Then you can access it through your browser by going to http://localhost:9000
