The project is an eclipse plugin that adds ability to sort Java Properties files in your Eclipse. The plugin adds a new menu option that could be invoked on .properties files:
Property file soter > Sort in groups
The plugin uses an algorithm implemented in property-file-sorter project.
The repository contains an eclipse's project that you can import to your workspace and build your own version. Alternatively you can download one of released versions.
