Project Description:
This is a simple Python shell script which uses voice commands (using the python Speech Recognition library) to toggle lights in a room.
Dependencies:
Install command line tools:
xcode-select –install
Install brew:
ruby -e “$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)”
brew doctor
Install Python (3.5):
brew install python3
Downloading the Code
git clone https://github.com/artur-sak13/lumos.git
Then run,
pip3 install -r requirements.txt
Running the script
Run python3.5 lumos.py in your terminal or chmod +x lumos.py to turn the file into an executable and run with ./lumos.py.
