bioimageit-omero is a BioImageIT plugin to use OMERO database as a BioImageIT backend to store experiments data and metadata
You can install bioimageit-omero via pip:
git clone https://github.com/bioimageit/bioimageit-omero.git
pip install ./bioimageit-omero
