Where is the appendix?

It is mentioned in the paper here and there that the implementation details can be found in the appendix, while neither the ArXiv or CVF version has an appendix. Is there a separate PDF which contains these details or this repo simply serves as the appendix?
Look at page 9, there is clearly a section called "A. Appendix". Furthermore full implementation details also are in this codebase.
