Change the default KeyRepeat and InitialKeyRepeat
- defaults write -g InitialKeyRepeat -int 15 # normal minimum is 15 (225 ms)
- defaults write -g KeyRepeat -int 1.5 # normal minimum is 2 (30 ms)
