Braah is a display font that perfectly blends boldness and playfulness. The font is available with a corresponding Latin Gurmukhi script, making it versatile and adaptable to different languages.

According to worlddata.info, a total of about 151.5 million people worldwide speak Punjabi as their first language. However, the available Gurmukhi fonts are limited. The goal of this project is to provide a harmonious typeface of Gurmukhi and Latin script for bilingual communication.

Braah was designed by India-based typeface and UX designer Ashish Kumar.

Credits: The Braah font is inspired by Ektype's Baloo Paaji font and uses the same naming convention as Baloo.
