This is Done using XAMPP ( uses PHP, MySQL and Apache Functions) , Diafann SMS Server , A Mobile Phone Connected via Data Cable [ we used SonyErikson Mobile ]
Web InterFace is using simple PHP and MySQL + Jquery + Google Maps API
