This program takes the initial provided image (cat2.jpg) and performs a series of operations on the image; applying the Guassian blur, the sobel filter, performing non-maxima suppression, and applying the sticks filter. These operations detect edges in the image.
To run: Must have python, openCV for python and numpy installed
In the terminal make sure you are in the directory of this folder (Edge Detection), once there you can run the program by using the command: 'Python edge.py' or 'Python3 edge.py' if you have the latest python version.
