If the twitter section just loads up with a blank page, or weather section throws SSL certificiate error, it's a school wifi thing.
Twitter API section probably stops working at some point very soon. [update: Twitter API has now stopped working. operation resumes if I pay for the new API]
If weather section runs out of API requests, switch to another API key (they are hidden externally)
If error relating to database/models is thrown out, delete database.db and/or the instance folder. There are discrepencies with where the database tables are stored when using a virtual env
