Rules

Directory naming

Shamelessly copied:

• Lowercase for packages to install in $HOME
• Titlecase for packages to install as root in /
• Leading @ for environment packages and subpackages
• Leading _ for nonpackages
• bootstrap.sh in root of package for setup tasks
