1. Run gem install jekyll -v 4.2.0 to install Jekyll.
2. Run bundle install to install the required gems.
3. Start the Jekyll server by running bundle exec jekyll serve --livereload.
4. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:4000 to access the site.
