Containerfile uses fedora latests version and it installs required RPM's. It downloads an specific version for the Vallhelsia 6 server zip files. Creates a minecraft,user and copies files over that can be used to accept the EULA automatically. The serverStartup.sh file and server.properties are there as examples of things you can change. After everything is done then the serverStartup.sh is ran to start the minecraft server.
